As promised, these are few photos which has taken in a studio in Cheras end of last year.
CNY is coming soon, wishing everyone a prosperous CNY and of course good health is the most valueable thing we wish to have. Don’t over “makan” during the festive season oh… :)

Recently few of us went for a photo session in a studio in Cheras, I will post a few which were taken by us when no staff there… hehe…

My first experience to travel long distance, I have been chosen as one of the 17 Cambridge Diet Consultants to attend an upgrading training at Downing College, Cambridge, on the 3rd of September to 9th of September.
It was a great experience in learning new knowledge, seeing different culture and places, meeting different people and experiencing different lifestyle.

我不知道这是不是一个对你性格的测试, 因为每一个回答都有他自己的原因。
老人快要死了，你首先应该先救他。
你也想让那个医生上车，因为他救过你，这是个好机会报答他。
还有就是你的梦中情人。错过了这个机会。你可能永远不能遇到一个让
你这么心动的人了。
在200个应征者中，只有一个人被雇佣了，他并没有解释他的理由，他只是说了以下的话：
'给医生车钥匙，让他带着老人去医院，而我则留下来陪我的梦中情人一起等公车!'
每个人都认为以上的回答是最好的，但没有一个人一开始就想到。
小哲理：
是否是因为我们从未想过要放弃我们手中已经拥有的优势（车钥匙）? 有时，如果我们能放弃一些我们的固执，狭隘，和一些优势的话，我们可能会得到更多。

【和尚与屠夫】
从前有一个和尚跟一个屠夫是好朋友。和尚天天早上要起来念经，而屠夫天天要起来杀猪。 为了不耽误他们早上的工作，是他们约定早上互相叫对方起床。
多年以后，和尚与屠夫相继去世了。屠夫去上天堂了，而和尚却下地狱了。
Why?
因为屠夫天天作善事，叫和尚起来念经，相反地，和尚天天叫屠夫起来杀生……

你所认为的事情以及你所做的东西你一直认为是对的，但有时后却不一定是对的。<做每样事情时,不妨站在其他人的角度看一看,想一想吧!>

【皮鞋的来历】
很久很久以前，人类都还赤着双脚走路。
有一位国王到某个偏远的乡间旅行，因为路面崎岖不平，有很多碎石头，刺得他的脚又痛又麻。回到王宫后，他下了一道命令，要将国内的所有道路都铺上一层牛皮。他认为这样做，不只是为自己，还可造福他的人民，让大家走路时不再受刺痛之苦。
但即使杀尽国内所有的牛，也筹措不到足够的皮革，而所花费的金钱、动用的人力，更不知凡几。虽然根本做不到，甚至还相当愚蠢，但因为是国王的命令，大家也只能摇头叹息。
一位聪明的仆人大胆向国王提出建言：「国王啊！为什么您要劳师动众，牺牲那么多头牛，花费那么多金钱呢？您何不只用两小片牛皮包住您的脚呢？」国王听了很惊讶，但也当下领悟，于是立刻收回成命，改采这个建议。据说，这就是「皮鞋」的由来。
小哲理：
想改变世界，很难；要改变自己，则较为容易。
与其改变全世界，不如先改变自己--「将自己的双脚包起来」。
改变自己的某些观念和作法，以抵御外来的侵袭。
当自己改变后，眼中的世界自然也就跟着改变了。
如果你希望看到世界改变，那么第一个必须改变的就是自己!!
不要时常埋怨,不要时常感到不满,不要时常有很多怨恨,不要时常问为什么挨骂的又是我呢??不要问上天 / 社会 /家庭 / 老板给于我们什么东西,问一问自己到底给于/付出于什么东西给于他们呢??不要尝试叫环境适应你而是我们要学会适应环境^^我们要学会改变的就是自己,一起迎合美好的一切!!

A story to share with everyone out there…
One day, when I was a freshman in high school,
I saw a kid from my class was walking home from school.
His name was Kyle.
It looked like he was carrying all of his books.
I thought to myself, 'Why would anyone bring home all his books on a Friday?
He must really be a nerd.'
I had quite a weekend planned (parties and a football game with my friends tomorrow afternoon), so I shrugged my shoulders and went on.
As I was walking, I saw a bunch of kids running toward him.
They ran at him, knocking all his books out of his arms and tripping him so he landed in the dirt.
His glasses went flying, and I saw them land in the grass about ten feet from him...
He looked up and I saw this terrible sadness in his eyes
My heart went out to him. So, I jogged over to him as he crawled around looking for his glasses, and I saw a tear in his eye.
As I handed him his glasses, I said, 'Those guys are jerks.'
They really should get lives.
' He looked at me and said, 'Hey thanks!'
There was a big smile on his face.
It was one of those smiles that showed real gratitude.
I helped him pick up his books, and asked him where he lived.
As it turned out, he lived near me, so I asked him why I had never seen him before..
He said he had gone to private school before now.
I would have never hung out with a private school kid before.
We talked all the way home, and I carried some of his books.
He turned out to be a pretty cool kid.
I asked him if he wanted to play a little football
with my friends
He said yes.
We hung out all weekend and the more I got to know Kyle, the more I liked him, and my friends thought the same of him.
Monday morning came, and there was Kyle with the huge stack of books again.
I stopped him and said, 'Boy, you are gonna really build some serious muscles with this pile of books everyday!
' He just laughed and handed me half the books.
Over the next four years, Kyle and I became best friends..
When we were seniors we began to think about college.
Kyle decided on Georgetown and I was going to Duke.
I knew that we would always be friends, that the miles would never
be a problem.
He was going to be a doctor and I was going for business on a football scholarship..
Kyle was valedictorian of our class.
I teased him all the time about being a nerd.
He had to prepare a speech for graduation.
I was so glad it wasn't me having to get up there and speak
Graduation day, I saw Kyle.
He looked great.
He was one of those guys that really found himself during high school.
He filled out and actually looked good in glasses.
He had more dates than I had and all the girls loved him.
Boy, sometimes I was jealous!
Today was one of those days.
I could see that he was nervous about his speech.
So, I smacked him on the back and said, 'Hey, big guy, you'll be great!'
He looked at me with one of those looks (the really grateful one) and smiled.
' Thanks,' he said.
As he started his speech, he cleared his throat, and began
'Graduation is a time to thank those who helped you make it through those tough years.
Your parents, your teachers, your siblings, maybe a coach...but mostly your friends....
I am here to tell all of you that being a friend to someone is the best gift you can give them.
I am going to tell you a story.'
I just looked at my friend with disbelief as he told the
first day we met.
He had planned to kill himself over the weekend.
He talked of how he had cleaned out his locker so his Mom wouldn't have to do it later and was carrying his stuff home.
He looked hard at me and gave me a little smile.
'Thankfully, I was saved.
My friend saved me from doing the unspeakable..'
I heard the gasp go through the crowd as this handsome, popular boy told us all about his weakest moment.
I saw his Mom and dad looking at me and smiling that same grateful smile.
Not until that moment did I realize it's depth.
Never underestimate the power of your actions..
With one small gesture you can change a person's life.
For better or for worse.
God puts us all in each others lives to impact one another in some way.
Look for God in others.

星期一到了……小英在交完作业後，中午马上被老师叫去罚站，附加念500遍「我以後不敢编谎话欺骗老师了」。
why？为何这名老师要残忍的对待这名柔弱的小学生？我们来瞧瞧她的作文是怎麽写的……

今天是礼拜日，虽然昨天去海洋公园玩到晚上11:00多，可是今天我们起了个大早，就到海洋公园旁边的太平山去摘水果，因为奶奶跟爷爷就住在太平山。
我们到了太平山下後，就鞋子脱了开始爬山，大约1分钟就到山顶了。山顶上的空气很好，爷爷带我们去他的果园。哇……爷爷的果园好大，种了好多果树，有西瓜树、草莓树、菠萝树……因为我太小了爬不上树，爷爷就爬上西瓜树，摘了一颗最大的西瓜丢给爸爸，爸爸用一只手就接起来了!
果园还有很多长在地上的水果，像苹果、梨子、椰子等等……爷爷摘了一些椰子，用手把椰子皮剥掉，去籽，然後分给每个人吃。椰子好好吃喔！我吃了20几个。表弟还拿椰子丢我的脸，痛死了！
吃完了水果大餐，我们到太平山旁边的喜玛拉雅山去玩，听老师说喜玛拉雅山是世界上最高的山。 果然老师没有骗我们，我跟表弟爬呀爬，大概爬了2分钟才到山顶，我热死了。
後来我们还是觉得很热，就到山顶泡温泉。好冰凉的温泉哦～喜玛拉雅山真是个好地方。 後来表弟问我有没有钱，他看到山顶附近有卖麦当劳。死表弟，每次都跟我借钱！
我们还在买的时候，听到妈妈在太平山那里喊我们回家，只好依依不舍的走了太平山跟喜玛拉雅山真是个好玩的地方，我以後还要叫爸爸、妈妈带我们来玩。
爸爸说如果这次考试，我第一名，这个星期日，他还要带我去东京、北京、南京去玩，我最想去西京，因为我表妹就住在西京。她说其实课本是骗人的，西京有比喜玛拉雅山更高的山，大概要爬3分钟，上面还有很大的夜市跟儿童乐园，还有清澈的小溪。
我一定要好好用功然後叫爸爸带我去这些地方玩。

一个字都没变，课本说的音波反射，我终於体会到了。真是有意义的一天。

话说老师对小英的偷懒式作文不能苟同，不再出游记式作文，想想如何激发小英作文潜能，便再出一道:
《最难忘的一件事》
小英咬着铅笔作出努力思考样，终於下笔疾书，交出後自忖：老师应该不会再处罚我了，不禁面露傻笑。
上星期五放学回家时，在我家门前看见一沱大便，当时我吃了一斤：「谁这麽缺德，在我家门前拉大便。」我赶快叫姊姊出来，姊姊看了也吃了一斤，破囗道：「真没公德心！这麽没水准！」姊姊叫我拿扫把一起扫掉。
妈妈知道後也出来看，同样也吃了一斤，叫道：「作孽喔！」
爸爸听到妈妈的叫声赶快出来看个究竟，也吃了一斤。「谁干的？」
邻居王妈妈刚买菜回来，看了也吃了一斤。王伯伯、王小明出来看也都吃了一斤，不一会儿聚集了十多人，大家都吃了一斤，最後打119，消防队员们在吃了一斤後总算把那沱大便给清除了，真是最难忘的一件事。

I have attended a four open houses in these two days, tired yet interesting. Yesterday morning was attending one in Sungai Buluh, sold some “Harapan Negara” stuff there and interesting place.
Follow by one in Tropicana, in a condo, with lion dance and acrobatic performances.

After this we went for open house of YB Teresa Kok and YB Gorbin Singh in Puchong. It was a real long day for us…
This morning woke up early and rush to pick up Tengku and headed to Kepong for open house of YB Elizabeth Wong.

It was a good experience in meeting so many leaders of the country in this event, and we know that this is a group of leaders that have done a lot in making Malaysia a better place. Thank you to each of you…
Yesterday morning travelled to Setia Alam for a CNY open house at JN’s place with Pete. Each of us brought along a present with theme of “COW” to exchange with others.
Lots of “niu” were sitting on the steps, big and small; various colours; soft toys and decorative items, etc.
Vegetarian buffet lunch with healthy raw organic vegetable was prepared, a good change in festive season in reducing meat intake.
Some relatives were staying overnight at our house and some were in other aunties’ houses. Dad just brought all of them out to Kuala Kangsar to my second auntie’s house.
This is the time I got a peaceful moment, so just online and thinking of posting some pictures I have taken these few days.

Relatives were all back on the second day of CNY, about hundred of them and luckily some came for a while and left to their in-law’s place, or else the house can’t fit in all. :)
Ha… Reached hometown (Sungai Siput) this morning at about 9am, did some cleaning for the new house and now online with my laptop and wireless broadband. Surprisingly the connection here is so good, and sitting on a bench at the garden while enjoying surfing with breeze is so relaxing.
Reunion dinner should start at about 8pm, so just enjoy my free time taking some pictures. :)
This CNY eve is quite relaxing as previous years normally got to do lot of preparation which I did not like much. The whole day is cloudy and nice weather, not enough sleep but feel good. :)
Hope the coming new year is a good moo year, with better economy. Good health to everyone…
