The Third Day of CNY

Some relatives were staying overnight at our house and some were in other aunties’ houses. Dad just brought all of them out to Kuala Kangsar to my second auntie’s house.

This is the time I got a peaceful moment, so just online and thinking of posting some pictures I have taken these few days.

Dad likes gardening a lot, these are some pictures of the plants.

Relatives were all back on the second day of CNY, about hundred of them and luckily some came for a while and left to their in-law’s place, or else the house can’t fit in all. :)

In Hometown

Ha… Reached hometown (Sungai Siput) this morning at about 9am, did some cleaning for the new house and now online with my laptop and wireless broadband. Surprisingly the connection here is so good, and sitting on a bench at the garden while enjoying surfing with breeze is so relaxing.

Reunion dinner should start at about 8pm, so just enjoy my free time taking some pictures. :)

This CNY eve is quite relaxing as previous years normally got to do lot of preparation which I did not like much. The whole day is cloudy and nice weather, not enough sleep but feel good. :)

Hope the coming new year is a good moo year, with better economy. Good health to everyone…

YB Sivarasa Turun Padang

Last night, a group of us of about 15 people led by YB Sivarasa were distributing oranges at Dataran Sunway, Kota Damansara.

A good experience to me as the spirit of “bekerjasama” among Anak Bangsa Malaysia was shown.

Picture below shows an interview session after the oranges distribution, interviewed by a journalist of Sinar Harian.

A group of us gathered for dinner at a Chinese restaurant, see the picture below and who else dare to say Malaysian is not united?

All races are sitting on the same table and have dinner together, what a beautiful picture. The picture below is even lovely, a malay boy was holding chopsticks and enjoying his “ikan bakar”. A truly Anak Bangsa Malaysia…

CNY Closing Celebration

This morning woke up early morning and went to office with Pete, we were gathering there for a celebration before CNY. I have taken some nice pictures to share and mostly are very rich in CNY atmosphere.

Vigil before CNY

Last Sunday (18th Jan) Pete and I went for the vigil gathering as usual, many of them brought food, drinks, mandarin oranges, etc in celebrating the victory in KT and coming CNY. Here are some pictures on food and setting of that night, lovely atmosphere with nice people around.

I was touched on every individual who attended the vigil on the spirit you showed and it was a huge “energy” in this when everyone of us have a same objective when coming to the vigil. I am not going to write much on what was happening after this, just let other bloggers spit out their dissatisfaction through their blogs as below.

After you have read the postings, don’t just sit back without any actions, let’s do something to contribute your bit in building a better Malaysia not just for ourselves, but the following generations. By gathering rakyat’s voice, then only changes could happen!

Exhibition on Israel vs. Palestine

After the birthday celebration, went straight to an exhibition in Bangsar on Israel & Palestine issue. I’ve taken some pictures which caught my heart, see it and think about it.

The picture below was taken on one of the bunting, an innocent face behind the stupid barded wire and some dead bodies of small kids. The boy is wondering is he would still alive to see tomorrow’s sun rise…
